Food samples can be great tools to reinforce lesson content.  They also are very serious additions that may put certain students with food allergies and sensitivities at risk.

  • Follow the food preparation guidelines to prepare all foods on campus
  • Review food allergy guidelines
  • Offer a food allergy replacement for students with allergies
  • Prepare food allergy replacements FIRST
