Megan Ames

Megan is a Senior Pursuit Specialist within Deloitte’s Client & Market Growth organization. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where she was passionately involved in community empowerment through entrepreneurship. A California native and based in Los Angeles, Megan enjoys spending time in nature and is a health and wellness enthusiast.

Summer Morales
GrowingGreat Junior Board Co-Lead
Summer is a Lead Business Program Specialist for Advisory Client Accelerators at Deloitte. She produces custom Lab experiences for Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory clients to help them overcome their biggest challenges and reach their goals. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and the intersection of business, brand, and design. She graduated from University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration, and a minor in Communication Design. Summer lived in Los Angeles for seven years before recently returning to her hometown of Newport Beach, CA.

Kirsten Battle

Kirsten Battle is a SHINE associate at Deloitte, supporting various teams across Marketing Excellence. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business. A Southern California native herself, Kirsten returned to sunny weather after graduating in May 2021. In her free time, you can find her playing beach volleyball, reading, and going on hikes!

Theresa Chen

Theresa is a manager in Deloitte’s Records and Contracts Management Services group focusing on stakeholder and change management. She is passionate about mentorship and education. A San Francisco native and currently living in the Los Angeles area, Theresa enjoys yoga and baking in her free time.

Austin Gout
GrowingGreat Junior Board Co-Founder
Born and raised in Southern California, Austin stayed close to home while attending UCLA. He has a passion for mentorship and frequently volunteers in the local community (often working with kids). Austin formerly worked at Deloitte, where he worked on many different types of projects ranging from produce sustainability to medical device manufacturing. He has since transitioned to entertainment and now works at Netflix on their Content Strategy & Analysis team based in Los Angeles.

John Hodson
GrowingGreat Junior Board Member
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, John was introduced to GrowingGreat in 2019, first as a volunteer, and eventually as a Junior Board member. He is incredibly grateful for the strong foundation of STEM-focused education that he received throughout his upbringing, and he is excited by small opportunities to help foster that same experience in others. Though he currently resides in Boston, MA, he is excited to continue to support to GrowingGreat’s incredible mission and values from afar.
John is an investment professional at Nautic Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in the acquisition of companies in the Healthcare, Industrials, and Business & Technology Services spaces. Prior to Nautic Partners, he was a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte, where he advised Technology, Media, and Telecom clients through strategic growth opportunities and M&A activity. John holds a BS in Neuroscience from UCLA.

Alex Parducci

Alex is an advertising strategy lead within Deloitte Digital’s Studios practice, consulting for Fortune 500 companies across all industries. She is extremely passionate about giving back to her local community and is particularly interested in early childhood development and reading and literacy initiatives. She is actively involved in Deloitte’s skills-based volunteering program, stepupLA, and has served as a leader for Deloitte’s annual volunteer initiative, Impact Day.
After growing up in the South Bay, she attended Syracuse University, where she studied advertising and communications. She is a former GrowingGreat child and loved her experience so much, she wanted to get involved as an adult.

Nicole Pippert

Nicole is an experience designer and talent strategist passionate about helping people and teams reach their full potential. At Deloitte, she designs custom Breakthrough Labs to help clients solve their stickiest challenges and manages recruitment efforts for the Greenhouse team. Nicole is highly engaged in her community, serving as a co-lead for Deloitte’s Bay Area Volunteer Council, an alumni ambassador for the University of Southern California, and a mentor for high school and college students. Originally from a small town in Massachusetts, Nicole lived in Los Angeles for seven years before recently relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Paul Reiner
GrowingGreat Junior Board
Paul Reiner is a leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Retail & Consumer Products Strategy and M&A practices. For the past 25 years, Paul has worked extensively with Retailers and Consumer Products companies on growth strategies, operating model transformation and omnichannel customer experience.
Prior to Deloitte, Paul spent a decade as a corporate executive at PepsiCo, Mattel and Guitar Center. During the first decade of his career, Paul was a Business Law Partner at Arnold & Porter, structuring and negotiating acquisitions, alliances, financings and license agreements.
Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) and earned a J.D. from New York University and a B.S.in Finance from Indiana University.

Nikkie Singh

Nikkie was born in Northern California, moving to southern California to attend UCLA. Nikkie has a passion for sustainability and nutrition and she has always loved working with children. At Deloitte, Nikkie primarily works in life sciences strategy, particularly in the rare disease and oncology space, and his highly involved in the LA local office community.

Sandya Sriram

Sandya was originally born in South India, and moved to Southern California with her family at the age of 5. As a former middle school teacher, Sandya has a passion for education and social justice. At Deloitte, Sandya primarily works on Organizational Transformation projects for Government, Higher Education, and Non-Profit clients. Outside of client work she dedicates her time to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
