Curious Four-Year-Olds = Natural-Born Scientists

Dear GrowingGreat Friends,

As we toured the preschool, children swarmed the principal, giving him hugs and calling out “Hi, Mr. Alex!” We stepped outside the classroom and there was The Garden, a patch of dirt near the climbing structure, one lone rectangle that hadn’t been covered with cement. Sometimes the teachers grow plants with the children, but the grass has taken over. GrowingGreat can’t wait to bring our hands-on science activities to the children of Hawthorne.
