Vermonica Orosco is back from the Growing School Gardens Summit

At the 2024 School Garden Support Organization Summit there was so much to see, experience and do. I was so excited to experience my very first conference and to present some of the activities that our middle and high school students designed. Maxwell Watson, Meghan Nealon and I were thrilled to see how many people showed up to our presentation. There were garden educators there from all across the country. It was such a wonderful experience to see the engagement and joy the adults had with all the activities, and to hear them say “This is fun!”
